Bubble AI Lab provides AI-powered travel planning tools that can help you generate travel ideas, recommendations, city suggestions, attraction guides, and day-by-day itineraries based on the preferences and inputs you provide. The Service is offered as a software-as-a-service product and may include free and paid plans.

The itineraries, recommendations, and other content produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. Please read this section carefully:

• AI-generated travel recommendations may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• Information may become outdated at any time without notice.
• Travel information — including opening hours, prices, transportation schedules, visa and entry requirements, safety information, and local regulations — should always be independently verified with official sources before you travel.
• We do not guarantee that generated information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings, and safety.

AI Travel Assistant is not a travel agency, tour operator, or professional travel advisor, and it does not provide professional travel, legal, visa, or safety advice. We do not guarantee any travel outcomes.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service.
• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Not abuse, exploit, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service, or attempt to access it by automated means beyond normal use.
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Not submit highly sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information) unless strictly necessary.

AI Travel Assistant may offer free and paid plans. The following applies to paid offerings:

• Paid subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis depending on the plan you select; other paid features may be offered as one-time purchases.
• Current pricing and plan details are displayed on the pricing page of the website.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Subscription prices may change with reasonable notice; changes will be reflected on the pricing page.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time according to the applicable cancellation process; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period where applicable.
• Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider's policies and the specific refund terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Bubble AI Lab retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the website, software, branding, design, and other proprietary materials associated with the Service, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding or materials except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

You retain all rights to the content and information you provide to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service — for example, to process your inputs and generate travel recommendations for you.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

The Service may rely on third-party services, such as hosting providers, AI processing providers, and payment processors. Those services may have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bubble AI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you have not paid anything, a nominal amount to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons, with or without notice where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features, pricing, or functionality at our discretion. Where changes materially affect paid users, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice.

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
